ClicknPlant is a South African online plant nursery supplying live plants and related products.
2. Use of Website
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- All information provided by you is accurate and up to date
- You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
- Live plants may vary in size, shape, and appearance.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
- Errors in pricing may result in order cancellation or correction.
5. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared.
- We currently accept payment via EFT.
- ClicknPlant does not store customer banking details.
- Proof of payment may be requested.
6. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Someone must be available to receive the order.
- Failed deliveries may incur additional delivery charges.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellations approved before dispatch may be refunded, less any administrative costs.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Plant Care Disclaimer
ClicknPlant is not responsible for plant failure due to:
- Incorrect planting
- Overwatering or underwatering
- Weather conditions
- Pest infestation after delivery
- Transplant shock
Plant care advice is provided as general guidance only.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of ClicknPlant and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
ClicknPlant shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of income or profits
- Damage arising from misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
