A flaming, fiery-orange rose named in honour of Nelson Mandela, this variety was launched as part of the centenary celebrations of the birth of South Africa’s most revered statesman.
It produces semi-double blooms on a strong, upright-growing floribunda that reaches head height. The plant is densely clothed in shiny, dark green foliage and is notably disease resistant, making it a reliable and enduring garden performer.
Well suited as a striking focal point in the garden, it can also be planted as a screen along walls or fences, where its vivid colouring creates a bold display.
Proceeds from the sale of each plant are donated to the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
